Water Lifestyle brand to open community-focused concept locations in multiple markets across the United States
MIRAMAR BEACH, Florida., May 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — BOX (https://www.boteboard.com), the longtime leader in paddleboard, kayak and water innovation, today announces plans for an aggressive rollout of new physical outlets across the United States.
The expansion demonstrates the brand’s recent growth and success with retail. BOTE’s unique flagship stores are designed as hubs to bring the community together, offer experiences and advice, and display the full line of BOTE paddleboards, kayaks and recreational products. BOTE’s flagship locations also feature lounges serving BOTE’s own beers and hold regular events to help people get out on the water as well as charity events that support the local community.
To drive its expansion strategy, BOTE has hired Devin Gillette as retail manager. Gillette
brings years of experience in the outdoor and action sports industry, having held senior retail and marketing positions and most recently led the retail expansion of Black Diamond Equipment.

The launch of the brand expansion strategy is the new flagship site of Austin, TX, located at 312 Barton Springs Road just down the street from YETI and other major retailers. BOTE plans to open this location in the summer of 2022; grand opening details will be announced soon.
