Revolut acquires a point of sale system to extend its services to the hotel industry

Revolut expands its fintech offering for companies in the hospitality industry, acquiring a company that provides point-of-sale software.

Nobly, headquartered in London, has developed an electronic point of sale (ePOS) system for restaurants and other hotel businesses, allowing them to manage operations, payments, inventory, table service, programs loyalty cards and online orders in one app.

It can integrate with payment providers like SumUp and Paymentsense and accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.

This product will now be integrated into the payment hardware and payment processing capabilities of Revolut.

The agreement will allow Revolut Business customers in the hospitality industry to manage their businesses and accept payments in one place. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
